I have engaged Damian Boon and Jennifer Goh of San Damiano Enterprise Pte Ltd (representing SalesPartners Worldwide) to provide regular sales training to all my team members since November 2009.  

I have found that my staff have benefitted tremendously from the training.  They have learnt many skills and techniques in selling, especially in the handling of objections.  Through the drills and practices during the training sessions, my team members have become more competent and confident in facing objections and are now more capable of handling the objections they face, as well as securing the sale.

The ongoing training has also increased their emotional strength and I have seen an improvement in their mindset, as they practise and use on a regular basis, the “Little Voice” Management techniques such as “Celebrate All Wins”.   

Another key aspect of the training program that I have found to be very beneficial is the Accountability segment, where Damian and Jennifer debrief and discuss the sales performance statistics with the team.  In implementing this structured process of reporting and reviewing our numbers on a regular basis, everyone has more clarity and awareness of their performance and how they can achieve better performance.  This has helped them become more engaged and motivated and has led to improved sales results.
