As Franchisees of SalesPartnersTM Worldwide, Damian Boon and Jennifer Goh of San Damiano Enterprise Pte Ltd use the proven business systems, technologies and methodologies of SalesPartnersTM Worldwide to work with companies, business owners, leaders of sales teams as well as independent sales professionals to help them dramatically strengthen sales and profits, improve business performance and build championship sales and business teams.
Damian has more than 20 years of work experience in sales, marketing, merchandising, retailing and customer service. He began his career in luxury fashion retail and marketing businesses, where he developed his business and commercial skills in managing sales, gross margins and net profit with leading players in the retail industry in Singapore. Damian then worked with key financial institutions in Singapore in a Service Quality position, managing client satisfaction and customer experience.
Jennifer comes with more than 20 years of work experience in a leading multi-national financial institution. She has led teams in Customer Experience and Service Quality, as well as in Inbound and Outbound Telemarketing Sales. She had managed and participated in the full spectrum of telephone sales and client servicing in the areas of client retention and loyalty, cross-selling, process improvements and complaint handling.
